SISP’s open access series are now published on SISP’s dedicated site powered by Figshare. Open access volumes published on or after October 1, 2013 have been migrated to the new site. Metadata for these publications, including DOIs and official publication dates, have not changed.
Archived series volumes are available from the Smithsonian Libraries repository.
CHANGE TO PRINT COPY DISTRIBUTION, EFFECTIVE 1 OCTOBER 2014
In an effort to encourage sustainability and expand online access to Smithsonian research, SISP no longer sends print copies of the Smithsonian Contributions Series and proceedings to general mailing lists. Organizations that require print copies may contact Resource Acquisitions at Smithsonian Libraries (202-633-2070) to inquire about joining its exchange program.
As of May 1, 2024, Atoll Research Bulletin is closed to new submissions. Smithsonian’s collection of legacy volumes will be made available on Smithsonian’s institutional repository [link to https://repository.si.edu/handle/10088/4781].
